This deposit designates your reservation for DeCarla Cruz’s locator services. There is an initial fee of $50 that is non refundable and deducted from the $100 deposit. Upon signing your lease and move-in, the remaining $50 is refundable. If there is no lease signed, the remaining $50 is non refundable. *Returning customers that do not adhere to guideline and rules, will forfeit total deposit. An additional non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to restart services. Examples of not adhering to rules include no communication within 24 hours, working with another realtor, not disclosing facts related to your application and approval process, etc.
