Tour

I'll send a list of properties that fit. Pick your favorites and I'll set up tour times.

Apply

Choose your place, apply and list me as your agent and locator.

Move in

Once you're approved, share the news. Move in and enjoy your new space.

    You'll sign one with me. If you're working with another Realtor, please end that relationship before you apply here.

    Flexible expectations

    Your wish list and the market don't always match. We'll find the best fit together.

    One relationship

    I can't advise on deals with other agents or private landlords.

  • 04

    Valid ID

    A driver's license or other government-issued ID.

  • 05

    $100 deposit

    Due after your free consultation if we decide to move forward. It includes access to updated, verified listings.
